Creep!
Will somebody please answer the question that has never been asked. What were the adult CHAPARONES doing when this kid was kidnapped? I know that they claim that they were not actual chaparones — just parents on the same trip. But shouldn’t they have assumed some responsibility for their charges? Morally, if not legally?
I saw an interveiw with two of them right after she was missing. They were only there to make sure that there were no passport problems. That was it. They weren't babysitters. These kids were adults.
