This is meant to be resource, containing in one place links to the litigation documents (complaints, government motions to dismiss, etc.) of ongoing federal lawsuits challenging Obamacare. It is not exhaustive, so other commenters may supplement with links to other suits not covered here.

There are 3 sources that I know about:

1) A well-done site called The States' Lawsuit Challenging the Constitutionality of Healthcare Reform Law, which contains the litigation documents of the suit filed by 13 State Attorneys General (click on "litigation updates") challenging ObamaCare,

2) ACA Litigation Blog, which contains litigation documents from the above suit, plus those from a suit challenging ObamaCare filed by the State of Virginia.

3) Thomas More Law Center, which filed I believe the 1st suit against ObamaCare, moments after passage. You have to scan through a longer list of documents to find the ones related to this suit, and even then the site seems to host only documents filed by the plaintiff, and not the government's responses.

And to search for all other documents related to this suit not found on the Thomas More site, google the case number:

Just ran across this one whilst looking around; from Forbes:

The Sleeper Lawsuit Against ObamaCare In Texas

So many lawsuits have been filed it would probably takes days to run 'em all down. BTW, at last count I believe the amended suit filed in Florida had 18 plaintiffs.
