WTH is Black Expo, anyway? Just a thug-a-thon orgy of blacks wilding in the streets for a couple days and nights? What are they celebrating? Being black thugs?

I grew up in Indy, spent most of my life there. Black Expo seems to go on all year anymore, with small events. This summer celebration is a nightmare............well during theday its crowded but respectful.
After dark downtown is unreal, every gang banger and thug from across the midwest shows up and there is always trouble. I have seen groups of blacks mostly teens and 20's block streets, 4 and 5 lanes of traffic daring you to drive through. The cops are simply overwhelmed.
