That is why this mid term is very important.

I don't have the same expectations of a Republican takeover that, perhaps, you do. I don't see the Republicans stepping up to overturn any of zero's policies other than (lack of) healthcare. There is no indication that they have returned to their conservative roots or that they have have learned any lessons from the drubbing they got at the ballot box in '06 and '08.

IMO, the 'Pubbies will do what they are best at - going along to get along so that the Dems will like them. They have never figured out that the Dems see them as doormats, at best, and I believe that zero will pretty much continue to have his way in Congress.

IMO, the 'Pubbies are simply not the "good guys in white hats" that so many here believe them to be. They are still spineless, gutless, quivering masses of cowardice that they have always been and I see nothing that has changed.

Elect a majority of constitutional conservatives in the House and Senate, and you won't have to REPEAL. Unconstitutional laws can be annulled by simple majority vote on joint resolutions, without a presidential signature. Let the Bozo whine; let the RINO commie apologists (such as Krauthammer and his ilk) whine and wince.

Listen to Cece Heil's explanation about the Obama Health Care bill -- if it is unconstitutional, it is VOID. A simple joint resolution, by simple majority of Congress, will be sufficient to declare it unconstitutional and VOID; not voidable, but VOID as of the date of passage. The same can be done with the other 90% of unconstitutional federal laws.
