The feds have NO ability to cancel elections.
I suspect even the dim bulb BHO knows this.
The SCOTUS will end up administering the oath to those red state peeps so they can take their seats.
That’s why I find the FReeper threads about cancelling the elections so laughable.
No president, not even the idiot in chief, can get away with it.
This president has already fired the officers of private corporations, effectively nationalized private businesses, and attempted to exert fascistic control of all manner of things not remotely connected with his office.
The guy really has no notion of what kind of office the President of the United States is. I wonder that he might try to grab for the shutoff switch, simply because he doesn't realize they ain't no switch for him to grab.
I much doubt that his handlers would let him get so far, and we would never hear about it in any case.
Unfortunately the Feds are already doing a long list of things for which they have no legitimate authority. They just do things anyway as long as the people don’t rise up and stop them.
