And she seemed to think it was a great idea. She didn't seem to know what to do with them once they'd registered, but she did want them to register.
“How, as a humane, compassionate, sophisticated Nation, do we handle millions of illegal immigrants, who in many ways are integrated into our economy, and somehow also honor our laws, morals, and Freedom?”
Please help me to understand how violation of our immigration laws translates into illegal immigrants “honoring our laws”?
Gads! I HATE that segment! I mean, I like the fact that he is trying to get different words out there, BUT, he uses the same sentence EVERY time. "Do not be..., do not be..., do not be..." Geeeez! Can't he think of some other sentences to construct? What a dope! I even wrote him asking him to use a different sentence once in a while. He probably never even read it - or, if he did, he just ignored it.

Indeed! Huge Bump.
And your positions do not vacillate with the slightest breeze. Intelligent people base their stable, unchanging bedrock values, and thus their political orientation, on years of reading, studying, life experiences and other human interactions.
The so-called moderate, the “independent” voter are vastly overrated in importance.
That's just as easy. We handle them by SELF DEPORTATION. Simple. Make it hard for them to get the jobs, the schooling, the health care, etc. and viola! They self-deport. BUT, ALL the States have to do that. Can't make it easy for them to run to another State - that's just self defeating.
O'Reilly is a stealth commie pretending to be an independent.
He's a commie public school teacher union member, comes from a long line of commie Irish police and firemen union members, and fully supports the commie marxist muslim slimeball currently inhabiting the White Hut.
Other than being a deceitful, egotistical, sexist, bigoted blowhard, O'Reilly is probably a pretty good fellow.
Very interesting... Never heard of it and seems worth exploring...
I don’t think that works... Illegal immigrants are deeply entrenched in our economy and the workforce to replace them is not in place. Of course, some will self-deport, but others are working and earning a living and they will likely not...
There is an interesting comment about the Bracero Program above that may holds some answers...
You mis-read my post. Either my punctuation is wrong (which I debated before posting), or you mis-read... Look again.
When I first got FNC, I watched BOR, for about a week or two. Then I stopped, and haven’t gone back. I can’t stand the guy.
Yes, same with Dobbs and Beck.
Former welfare queens.
I would not like to be the one trying to hound my grandmother out of anything.
Remember the snakes. Can't be too much different than MSM talking heads and various 'Rat operatives.
Is that a serious reply?
No, just wishful thinking. I believe it was called “workfare”.
The problem with the idea of “plan” is that we have no idea of what or who were are dealing with. A lone male is easy to deport. A man with a family is less so. A lone male connected with a family is also harder to deal with. Then there is the matter of how rooted they are. In short, we ned something like an effort to take a census of the immigrant population in this country, not all of whom are Hispanics, not by a long shot.
Yes, sanctuary cities should be penalized for harboring illegals by withdrawing federal funding for social problems that is based on numbers reported by the cities. All one needs is a rough estimate of how many are in a particular place and then cut funding by that amount, unless the immigrants step forward and register.
My guess is that if the cheap labor goes away, more farmers will be investing in machinery. If immigrants had replaced the blacks who went north to take industrial jobs , the cotton fields would still be picked by hand.
How the hell does he know, that cocksure bustard.
More than likely they're mostly all Obama kool-ade drinkers hoping he'll continue letting the whole problem ride while they reap the profits from underpaid slave labor.
And did I or did I not hear a grim, unsmiling Laura Ingraham slip in a remark to O'Reilly just under the wire of the closing music, "Bill, you are SO in love with Obama".......?
I HOPE I saw and heard that correctly.
The Bloviator was as arrogant, smug, crazy and repugnant tonight, as always.
