He was indicted in 2007 after pleading guilty to sex abuse charges but the plea was later voided and the case went to trial. Lebowitz, who is HIV positive, was supposed to identify other potential victims so they could be warned of his condition. So, this guy was HIV positive and working in an emergency room. Political correctness to the point of jeopardizing the health of patients. Remind me not t get injured and end up at Grady. Just bypass the hospital and take me to the cemetery.
