Sorry, there is no Right to Privacy in the Constitution.

Very liberal statement. You must love the idea of Big Brother. However the US Supreme Court has ruled several times that there is a right to privacy and they used the 1st, 4th and 14th Amendments.

Very liberal statement. You must love the idea of Big Brother. However the US Supreme Court has ruled several times that there is a right to privacy and they used the 1st, 4th and 14th Amendments. My saying there is no right to privacy in the Constitution is a liberal statement.

If that is what you believe, you may want to read up on a little Supreme Court case called Roe v. Wade and you will see what some perverted liberal Justices thought about the "Right to Privacy."

"Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973),[1] was a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court on the issue of abortion. The Court held that the constitutional right to privacy extends to a woman's decision to have an abortion..."

So, I guess there is a Right to Privacy in the Constitution, well that is if you believe in killing babies.

1st, 4th and 14th Amendments

Whnen you put it that context, yes. But the right to privacy does extend to killing the unborn.

Agree?
