You need to get something straight. All illegals aliens are criminals just by being in this country hence the term illegal alien! Federal immigration law requires they be deported!

No, we're talking arresting illegals under the same circumstances as the Arizona law will require. Run background checks on anyone who is suspected of committing a crime other than being in the country illegally, particularly if they fail to produce a valid ID.

As I stated earlier, the ones that aren't captured will see the handwriting on the wall, become tired of being on the run and constantly living in fear of being captured. They will leave the country voluntarily. They left Oklahoma after that state passed its immigration law and the same is happening in Arizona. Illegals will leave the country voluntarily if federal immigration laws are enforced.

Be careful what you wish for...you just might get it...
