“He’s not a traitor. He may be many other things, but he’s not a traitor.”

Read my post again! I would never call McCain a traitor, and didn’t in my post to you....McCain is merely a huge disappointment....

“McCain had a choice to come home early because of his family’s military status. He didn’t.”

Yes, I know about the NV offer, but for him to have accepted that offer would have ruined him in the Navy careerwise. He would have been forever shunned by his fellow officers for not keeping faith with his fellow POWs. McCain knew that. As I said no real choice........You/we give him too much credit.

Yeah, I know you didn’t call him a traitor. I was just commenting about what others were saying.

I’m not going to defend McCain’s “honor” anymore. I didn’t believe he was the kind of traitor who violated his allegiance to our country, but clearly - I. GOT. SCHOOLED.

... and smacked by JimRob himself. So, I’ll just shut hell up about McCain.

I would never call McCain a traitor

But I will.

McCain is a treasonous bastard who ought to get thrown out of office in the Republican primary next month, and if all else fails, in the general elections in November.
