Maybe true, maybe not. But before dumping Turkey as a quasi ally, keep in mind that they control the Straits of Bosphorus, the only access into the Black Sea. We need them to lean more to us than the Russkies and we ought to be able to do that without abandoning Israel or Turkey. We do want the freedom to navigate in the Black Sea, don’t we?
