Savage is Jewish. You aren't Jewish. For Kagan there's a special situation ~ there's no evidence whatsoever that she is now or ever was Jewish, nor does anyone expect such evidence to appear in the future.

I think it was the prophet Jeremiah who noted the existence of bloodthirsty pagans who sacrificed their own and others children, and who lived within the kingdom of Judah hidden, more or less, by their outward appearance of being Jews like everybody else.

Now that's a long time ago, but did they ever manage to purge the Ba'al worshippers?
