You got that exactly right!

The supposed “cause” is only important in the beginning. After that, it’s power politics as usual.

They Will NEVER get another cent from me and my lifetime membership will be canceled immediately.

IF it's true, I'm with you. I'd even consider a class action suit by life members to recover membership fees.

“The NRA HAS BEEN INFILTRATED!”

Worse than that. If the NRA could be bought off, what could happen next is the NRA becomes the keepers of the firearm records as mandated by congress. A centralized system for licnsing, permits, etc. And they already have the database with every member. And they all own weapons.

Get one more liberal judge on scotus, the NRA supports the repeal of the 2nd amendment and badabing, you have Communism. Because they will come for the guns.

Only a liberal backed gun range could cost $61million, it must have sky boxes for observation.

The problem with the U.S. in a nutshell, outright waste supporting corrupt organizations who will sell out their supporters for short term gain.

Untill we get past this immediate gratfication metality we cannot turn this country around.

” I can’t imagine spending $61 Million on a shooting range. Did I read that correctly?”

.
Most of that will go directly to the coffers of the local Democrap machine.

The NRA was gone in the 1950’s leading to the 1968 gun laws, and they have been muzzling the board for quite some time. I have tried for years to see what some seem to see in the organization. Sorry, almost every political action, is the antithesis of my second amendment, if not my core beliefs. I just cannot stomach the confusion the organization foments. Membership numbers aren’t everything, but they do generate a bunch of income.

I suspect that the NRA has written off Angle as a lost cause...

Odd, considering she’s the front-runner.

FWIW....

Have you called the NRA lately? it may be time

Now if you read the Redstate comments section, several people did call the NRA 1-800-392-8683 and the NRA denied the story and said they would never endorse Reid....

I knew the NRA was doomed the day I learned Charlton Heston was a principle suporter for getting the 1968 Gun Control Act passed. People claimed he since learned better but he never lifted a finger to get it repealed the entire time he was President and spokseman of the NRA.

So the NRA has now adopted the AARP Business & Association Model. It is called: “Work against your members, Just make Money and Gain more power.”

The NRA is betraying its members and America!

We need to write letters and talk to co-workers so they know the NRA is no longer concerned with gun rights or freedom.
