Say, the Josh Guimond family has a contact-us page where people can submit information. I feel so bad for them, and isn't it very reminescent of that ... there was somebody in Mpls who disappeared over Halloween, years back, and it wasn't until A LONG TIME after the body was discovered that it was determined that he'd been TORTURED.... the mom wrote a book, I haven't read it. I read about this on one of the Smiley Face Killer chatboards. The victim had dressed up as an Indian Chief for Halloween.
