Somehow this author forgot to mention Bill and Hillary Clinton in this article, I can't imagine how he could do that.

He's said elsewhere that Bill Clinton is a run of the mill -- not pathological -- narcissist.

If I remember correctly, he was saying years ago Bill Clinton was a pathological narcissist, but he's scrubbed all those articles from the Internet.
