I suppose you could say that Obama and his minions are inept from a standpoint of knowing how to manage, handle and resolve an issue like the gulf oil spill or the economy, but that assumes that they actually want to solve the problem. I believe there is overwhelming evidence that they don't want to solve any of these problems because by letting them fester and turn into a "crisis" it makes it easier for them to achieve their true goals, i.e., ushering in a mix of Marxism and Fascism, meanwhile setting themselves up to become fabulously wealthy once they leave office. This plan is pretty much SOP for Leftists worldwide and it's been repeated over and over in the past 100 years or so....
