Reminds me of the lady in my neighborhood whose dog ate a bunch of leftover firecrackers laying on the cul de sac July 5 morning several years ago. We blew off a couple of 1000-count wheels and there was trash everywhere.

She had a complete meltdown when we slept-in and didn’t clean it up before she let her mutt run loose that morning.

The dog was startled by the "bang" when he pinched a loaf, was he?

Heaven forbid the doggy eat a little bit of Charcoal, Sulfur and Saltpeter.... Probably did the doggy some good. The red paper on the firecrackers probably was worse for the dog than eating the gunpowder.
