Better on the Florida beaches than the Louisiana wetlands.
Any skimmers in the area?
Hasn’t it already hit the Louisiana wetlands?
The governors, county sherrifs and the National Guard need to take control of this situation and do what needs to be done and tell the feds to STFU.
Yes, but it is good that this additional oil is not in the wetlands.
Didn’t Florida vote for our current Poser-In-Chief? Yeah, I thought that they did.
Gov. Crist will get right on that.

A westward wind arrived Friday and blew away the tar chips that had washed up by the thousands on Destin beaches the day before.
That nugget of good news was supplemented by a couple others tar balls spotted off of Okaloosa Island Thursday had moved away without coming ashore and 10 new skimmer boats had been sent to the area by the unified response command in Mobile.
I’m sure Katie Couric was right on top of the story.
These people are willfully creating an environmental catastrophe for political gain.
Look especially at the photos on the presidential farce and beach charade.
What a shame. What a damn shame. Spent many days on Pensacola beaches, fished from the bridge, honeymooned there. What a shame. That’s all.
Yeah, pools of unskimmed oil.
I always thought Pensacola was the best looking of all the Gulf beaches and better than Daytona and Fort Walton Beach.
You can always be sure FL voters will do the wrong thing.
I wonder when the environ-mental whackos are going to start letting Obongo have it.
