Beck is wet behind the ears on all that conspiracy-theory kook stuff. He'll have to back away from it soon if he hopes to retain credibility with sensible people.

I remember Rush talking about coming across that stuff at the beginning of his radio career and being impressed by it at first. He said it didn't take him long to realize how ridiculous it is, and like Buckley, he rejected the Birchers and distanced himself from them and other right-wing extremists (Lindon La Rouche, Lew Rockwell, Alex Jones, et.al., types)
