For those who may have missed it because Chris Wallace's program was pre-empted by the Messiah's press conference on the G-20, this was what Huckabee had to say on a variety of issues, personalities, and Republican prospects for the mid-term elections.

I didn't support Huckabee, but Tancredo, in the last Republican presidential primary. However, one has to admire his pungent wit, candor, and unique home-grown style in articulating his own views and criticizing those of our far-Left socialist opponents. Whatever one thinks of his positions, one is NEVER bored while hearing him express them!

No one doesn't. In fact, you're missing the 'politician'- the same Huckabee who raised taxes, freed criminals, and applied compassionate Christianity to illegals in his state. He is a RINO of the highest order, along with Romney and McCain.
But that's what he wants- you to be all 'shucks, he's a swell fellow' and ignore his record as a tax raising, crminal-illegal loving Christian Socialist.

Huckabee is what he is - I happen to like what he is. And yes, I am prepared to be assaulted with the almost Pavlovian response to that proclamation I will get on this board.

Get a grip and review his actual record. We have already and it stinks.
Add to the fact that he's a conniving scumbag who uses his faith and aw-shucks personality to undermine his competitors, and you have the makings of the 2nd-worst Republican presidential candidate in 2012.

We supported Huckabee. His pro-life stance was and I imagine still is, extraordinary. We usually watch his show every week now on FOX. He’s very respectful to his guests, and his wit is always there; lots of fun. If he’s smart IMO, he’ll stick with his show. It seems a perfect fit. I don’t see him having what it would take to go against Obama and win.

Fox News Sunday. If I am not mistaken our late Tony Snow used to do Fox News Sunday until he did his radio show and then later became President Bush’s Press secretary

I like what Huckabee is too; host of a TV show. Hope he continues that line of work for a long time.

The new Yorker magazine was just speculating. He said himself why should he give the show up when it is as successful as it is

Conniving Scumbag? How?
If you want to know what this “socialist” did as governor, put down the Limbaugh and Hannity talking points and do some research for yourself. Here is a link to something he actually did while governor in 2002 OPPOSED to raising taxes which I actually found quite humorous and in keeping with his “aw-shucks” persona: http://www.capitalismmagazine.com/politics/taxation/1620-Tax-More-Fund.html
If you are serious about wanting actual information, rather than conservative talking head spin, I have lots and lots more.

My wife is related to a bunch of union democrats in Detroit and the only politician, currently, who they say they would vote for president is Huckabee. It is the common man touch which appeals to them .... and makes him so despised by conservative pundits.
