if... you want to see your parents shot, or perhaps you would enjoy cleaning the blood from the walls of your new home. Maybe you would enjoy camping out in the woods for a few years while everything around you is set aflame.

That is a good working definition of a modern civil war. Consider Beirut, or Bosnia. Very ugly, to be avoided at almost any cost.

But not the cost of freedom. I'd see those flames before I'd put on the chains of a slave to tyranny. This is not Venezuela. We'll fight back.

Speaking of Venesuela, things there have deteriorated to the point of being nearly unlivable. A friend of mine is a missionary who lives half of the year there

1) Chavez recently stole most of the savings accounts of the citizens. He just went in and took the money.

2) They have computers, but most don’t work because there are no parts to fix them.

3) There is only electricity for half the day.

4) If you speak out against Chavez, your neighbors get paid to turn you in.

5) Poverty is the rule, not the exception
