Nothing will happen to Obama, no matter what the evidence as long as the Democrats control both Houses of Congress.
The Democrats are as crooked as crooked can be and you can bet your last dollar they will protest Obama no matter what. No Obama is absolutely safe until Congress changes.

Think you meant protect, not protest.
If the GOP cannot take back one of the chambers of the Congress in Nov, you can stick a fork in America - it is over. By 2012 you will not even recognize America under this regime. TRANSFORMATION is what 53% of the people wanted - they are getting it in spades without one single Constitution Amendment. It will be over if it cannot be stopped - only one chance - NOV 2, 2010!!!!!
