He wasn’t removed from office. The impeachment did nothing as his own party stood by him and he remained popular in the polls. HE still is seen as a God by the left and the media. They helped to rehabilitate him. You tell me if that would have ever happened to a Pube?
No, Clinton was not neutered. Trent Lott helped him recover, but he would have recovered anyway because the people believe in him.
