No! The Asian Carp is a different species. These are sometimes called flying fish. They eat up to 40% of heir weight a day. This kills off other forms of life and obliterates fishing stock.

Oh my gosh, when they come up on a group like that they should be able to set off an electrical charge and kill them all, honestly, they are nothing but a plague.
