General McChrystal is not perfect. Many voted for Obama and rue the day they did it.

Unfortunately, due to the educational systems of America, unless a child had/has excellent teaching from his parents he will be liberal. History is ridiculed and cast aside, government is taught from the liberal point of view. Mostly due to the union's points of view.

The General is a patriot and I believe a follower the Constitution. He had no choice about the rules of engagement; as they have been ordered from the offices above him in rank and mostly the President and his lawyers: so he had no choice but to do or resign. No one is perfect. He has handled himself well, considering he requested 30,000 more troops and he had to wait 4 or 5 months to get part of that number and not enough for winning the offensive battle there.

Very, very, frustrating.

Show me some one else that has such a career as he has had. Show me someone else that has been tested in real struggles. Show me someone that want America to survive and thrive and not by onerous government controlling everything.

God help us in our day, In Jesus name, amen.

Gen. McChrystal is not a child.

>> Show me some one else that has such a career as he has had.

There are many. General Petraeus comes to mind.

>> Show me someone else that has been tested in real struggles.

>> There are many — from top to bottom in our wonderful Armed Forces. But, among flag officers, Gen. Petraeus comes to mind.

>> Show me someone that want America to survive and thrive and not by onerous government controlling everything.

There are many. Gen. Petraeus again comes to mind.

My point: McChrystal is an adult and exercised of his own free will the flawed judgment that got him where he is today — including voting for the man who means to destroy America as surely as he destroyed the General’s career. I am happy McChrystal is no longer in charge of our brave troops. He has been replaced by a better man.

>> God help us in our day, In Jesus name, amen.

On that we agree, FRiend. God bless.

Not being “perfect” as you say, has nothing to do with the argument. You said something to the effect that you want him to run for president. We have a history of electing less than “perfect” humans to political office.

What I, and many others, are saying that his voting for Obama brings his judgment to question...no intelligent thinking person should have been fooled by the scam of Obama, especially someone who’s career is involved with leadership. This tells me that the general is a pretty committed social and political liberal and as more info filters out, this is apparently the case.

I don’t want to ever see a person in the White House who is a supporter of Obama’s political beliefs.

Try as you might, you cannot escape the idiocy of touting the General as Presidential material.

The military has many, many senior officers far more conservative and capable of leadership than McC.

To beat that dead horse is useless, and to phrase it as a prayer is, welll.....
