McChrystal’s “rules of engagement” in Afghanistan leave a lot to be desired. I hope he goes out telling that limp-wristed wussy that he meant every word he said. (He reviewed them first- He obviously meant for them to be heard.) Still, I hope that he goes out.
His rules of engagement come from above. It's one of the reasons why he considers the administration to be incompetent.
