A good illustration of the reason why people don’t watch Anderson Cooper.

He was at the signing ceremony........ I’m not certain he wasn’t a useful idiot as Clinton really did it to reward is friend Riady because as part of NAFTA Mexico was told they had to burn only low sulphur coal, they were set to buy said coal from this area of Utah and Riady had interests in the only other clean coal ... in indonesia.... Riady was a huge financial supporter of Clinton and as payback Clinton declared the Utah coal off limits and Mexico had to purchase their coal from indonesia.

Thanks for the reminder. Yes, Indonesia was the recipient of bubba’s perfidy.

Too bad we have so many idiots who think the Klinton’s were good for America and that hitlery would make a good president.

No difference at all between the Klinton’s and the O cabal.

EVIL personified.

Haven't read the thread yet, so don't know if anyone pointed this out yet, but...

Note to Robbie Retardo:

Barack Obama voted for Cheney's energy bill in 2005!

At PolitiFact.com, see:

A boost, not an impediment, to clean energy

It reports on Hillary's criticism of Barry's vote for the bill (which passed, but which she voted against), concluding:

Clinton is right that Obama voted for the bill and she didn't. But because she incorrectly depicts the 2005 energy bill as a setback to renewable energy and a sop to Big Oil, we find her statement to be Barely True.

BTW, the Cheney bill also included increased oil taxes dedicated to cleaning up oil spills...

I’m sorry but I thought the last energy policy from the Bush administration was rather GREEN.

You are correct. See my preceding message.

I'm not sure how much of that were sops the Bush admin included in the beginning to attract bipartisan support, or how much was added by amendment. The worst bit was increased ethanol mandates. There were also electric car and hybrid subsidies and all that kind of dross.

Being from Indiana, ethanol didn’t sound all that bad.

-Until it was released how much land it would take to substitute what we use in oil—basically every acre of the U.S.

-Until common sense said :You’re burning your food, and causing it’s prices to inflate.

Bush should have just signed executive orders to drill in ANWR.
