Yesterday I was in Flagstaff, and saw this. One resident said it looked like an atomic bomb had gone off, and that is an understatement.

The fire has now exceeded over 5,000 acres, and it hasn't been 24 hours since it started.

Today, the winds will gust over 50 mph again, causing this fire to spread rapidly.

Thanks for the ping! I’ve seen some of those fires start up north, the atomic bomb description is how I would describe it too.
