It IS nice for Kagan to note that the Democrat run KKK is not a nice group of people. The NRA hasn’t lynched anyone, stopped them from voting, enslaved them, stopped them from eating in a public restaurant, established white and black drinking fountains, made people ride in the back of the bus, forbid them from attending public schools, or disarmed them so that they couldn’t defend themselves.
