Fremont is a Town, verging on City-hold. Towns don’t have slums. Slumlords can create Slums,in Fremont-sized towns.

I want to see how the Omaha & Lincoln Mayors scramble to keep their constituents from noticing the former Fremont Slumlords , as they invade.
The way I hear it, one of the leaders against the ordinance IS a slumlord. Grand Island, Columbus and other small cities around Nebraska are waiting to see what happens in Fremont. State Senator Charlie Janssen is preparing to potentially introduce similar legislation at the state level.
