As the enemy refuses to wear uniforms or abide by the laws of war, how can anyone look at a video and claim that this person is a civilian and this person is an enemy? This is especially difficult when the enemy is known to use women and children as shields.

Who specifically was the target and was the kill confirmed?

Or...was this a case like those tales of Vietnam helicopter gunners that “shot anything that moved”?
