Bush's enthusiasm is for his fellow man. While I may not agree with his political conclusions, the mettle and character of the man is unquestioned.
Obama, on the other hand, is the devil incarnate.

Out of fairness Obama ought to name his coming amnesty bill for Dubya. Dubya’s steadfast refusal to honor his oath of office by putting the interests of foreign nationals ahead of the American citizens who elected him shouldn’t go unrewarded.
Carter and Reagan come to mind. Or is that the exception that proves the rule?
George Bush all but destroyed the GOP. The last decent Republican President was Reagan.
