You should have known better than that; most educators are flaming liberals trying to indoctrinate our kids.
Seriously, most people above the age of 50 who are conservatives have voted for a Democrat at one time or another. I was a strong supporter of John Connally when he ran for Gov. of Texas over Smilin’ Ralph Yarborough and the GOP candidate Jack Cox. Of course, that was when there were some legitimate Demo conservatives in TX.
