The vote was 52 to 45. There are 59 Dems in the Senate [counting the two independents] and 41 reps. If 12 Dems defected, then that would leave 45 for the bill. But 12 plus 41 is 53. The three not voting must have been two dems and one rep.
Hmmmmm, Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Scott Brown.... eenie, meenie, minie, mo, take your pick, choose a RINO, any RINO. I am surpised only by the fact that only one Repub RINO chose to run & hide.
