Mr Greene proves one of two things :
Everyone hates his opponent enough to elect “Anyone.. just not who we have” (Which is in-line with the sentiment this November and their “No more incumbents” initiatives)
or...
The voting system there is as fraudulent as everyone says it is. It just didn’t fraud out the right results for the historically corrupt and crooked Democrat party.
He could just be a lousy public speaker, or maybe he had some accident while in the military.
Now, I wouldn’t discount the possibility of his college degree being one of those affirmative-action things, but I don’t think the military uses idiots as intelligence officers.
I’ve heard some of his interviews, and he’s pretty bad. But an interpretation of his speech that seems plausible is that he is unsure of his public speaking, afraid to say anything wrong, so he’s thinking very carefully about what he is asked, and is answering in simple, short sentences so as not to get tripped up.
The answers I’ve heard him give are at least cogent answers to the questions he is asked — it’s not like he’s babbling on nonsensically like, say, Harry Reid or Robert Byrd, or as the President sometimes does when he’s not on teleprompter.
I’ll say this — he’s talking as well as Senator Tim Johnson was talking after his medical problems, and the Democrats didn’t push to have him thrown out of office because he was incompetent. They also kept Kennedy when he was essentially a vegetable.
