The victim should have filed charges with the cops. The congressman should have been arrested and made to post bail. This is what happens to citizens who grab and push people and hold them so they can’t move.
True...but what if these kids were from the Young Socialist’s league and this was a serious question, not an attack as Tingles Matthews called it. I damn sure would have filed charged after I knocked him on his drunk arse for touching me.
