This shows that steps need to be taken immediately to prevent voter fraud and fixed elections.

First, a photo identification should be mandatory in order for anybody to vote.

Second, voter rolls should be purged on a daily basis of any dead people which can be done by by scanning newsppaer obituaries.

Third, ONLY US citizens should be allowed to vote; NO ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Fourth, anybody convicted of a felony and who has served time in prison should lose their ability to vote.

Fifth, ballots should only be printed in the ENGLISH LANGUAGE. If you do not know, cannot read or speak ENGLISH - LEARN IT.

Sixth, all candidates should be vetted for any prior jail sentences or served time in jail or prison or any currently indicted but not prosecuted offenses as well as any prior criminal records. (why this guy’s history was never vetted especially by his opposing candidate is a complete mystery)

That would have been because Mr Greene ran a very unconventional primary campaign, inasmuch as he ran literally no campaign whatsoever. Thus Mr Rawl assumed, wrongly as it turns out, that he had victory in the bag, without doing anything...

This is a really serious issue and I'm glad that you took the time to post some of your opinions concerning the remedies. I only have a couple of quibbles.

Third, ONLY US citizens should be allowed to vote; NO ILLEGAL ALIENS.

This is the law now, but through the motor voter act and other democrat initiatives we tacitly allow it. A drivers license or state issued ID should indicate citizenship which would match with your first point and would resolve this issue.

Fourth, anybody convicted of a felony and who has served time in prison should lose their ability to vote.

Once a convicted felon has paid their debt to society (jail time and probation) then their rights should be restored. Redemption has to be a possibility or recidivism will be 100%. If a convicted felon is still a danger to society then they should still be incarcerated. I would stretch far enough to ban all felons from seeking office or appointed positions.
