I have no idea where you got that, never said it in any of my posts. I responded to someone up thread claiming the same thing, that somehow I wanted a law, but said no such thing.

I said it was STUPID for the parents to allow their 16 year old daughter to go solo circumnavigating the globe, in the Western Pacific, during the stormy season.

Again, no law! Good grief.
