PORTLAND State officials and other Mainers are eager for a chance to help fight and clean up the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The Maine Department of Environmental Protection has more than two miles of absorbent boom ready to go. It also wants to send oil-skimming barges and a team of trained responders.

How many posts have I seen with multiple companies and entrepeneurs who have simple and viable solutions to clean up this mess. All turned down and the problem’s exponentially worse.
There’s no doubt in my mind that Øbama has used this as a political tool to prolong the situation and eventually extend him more power. Parallel to the economic disaster he’s put the country in, the more miserable we the people are, the better it is for him.
