Still, Obama is different and his motivations are different.

It would be interesting to compare the two. If I am not mistaken, President Bush had a whole lot of conditions and restrictions placed on the aid he released to the Palestinians during his terms. I don’t get the impression that Obama has placed any conditions or restrictions on this money. In addition, our economy was in much better shape during Bush’s terms. WE CAN’T AFFORD THIS CRAP ANYMORE!!
The issue is not that it's being done, it is precisely as you said...obama’s intentions and motivations are in a very different place than all other presidents before him.
True enough. But there was no doubt Bush was a friend of Israel, and you know if they were attacked, he would have responded as a friend.

I believe Bush and past administrations did it funded through an organization that funded Hamas under the guise of political correctness and humanitarian Aid.
Obama is now just handing them a HUGE check outright.
No one will be able to control how the money is spent.
It is like giving money to a 21 year old to go to Vegas.
I am NOT saying the past, so-called humanitarian aid money was not spent on funding terrorism.
