Want to bet few, if any, ordinary “Palestinians” (more accurately known as Jordanians or Egyptians) have any idea they’re being funded by America? I’m sure they believe all of the money they get to sustain their miserable lives is given by their loving fellow Muslims.

That's maybe because few, if any, ordinary “Palestinians” are being funded by America; the money rarely gets to "the people", it's actually mostly Israel who's paying for the ordinary “Palestinians” welfare checks.
