Not quit true.
She supported a tougher ethics law in Alaska.
Unfortunately the ethics bill the legislature ended up passing was written so poorly that she could be sued for almost any public action. For example if she appeared in public wearing clothing that visibly displayed its manufacturer(e.g., Nike) it could be interpreted as a ethics violation.
