I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - Barry’s primary skill is finger-pointing. He doesn’t think things through and come to a logical conclusion. The only difference in this situation is that he is a little confused because he cannot simply blame Bush. He is stumbling around looking for a scapegoat while he should have been seeking a solution to the problem for the past month. Barry’s response to the oil crisis is reminiscent of Jimmy Carter’s bumbling over the Iran hostage crisis. If only Barry would resign, maybe someone with leadership skills could step in and fix the problem.

0bummer should leave the hard work and difficult decisions to the pros. Oh, wait. He already has. All he has done is get in the way, stop effective action, lie, hide,... or bluster, preen or take credit if he thinks he can get away with it.
