Agree. I’ve been trying to get reasonable adjustments with these banks and some of them are just impossible. Deutche Bank is one that should be on the list. There is a servicing company that handles these for many banks, America Servicing Company, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo, that is just appalling.
You won’t GET them, because the way the left wingers in D.C. wrote the “mortgage adjustment” rules, the banks get subsidized whether or not they help the customers. There is no impetus for the banks to cooperate, period!
