I see by googling you’re talking about Henning Mankell. I tried one of his novels after really enjoying Stieg Larsson’s Girl trilogy (which were fantastically entertaining, though definitely written by a hardcore liberal). Judging by what I read, Mr Mankell has a serious inferiority complex as far as America is concerned. Mentioned it three times, in places where it didn’t even make sense. I picked up the book thinking Wallendar couldn’t possibly be as wet as portrayed by Kenneth Brannagh, but it was actually worse. Least enjoyable book I’ve read in years.

It has been breaking news for 2000 years. The Bible says we won’t know. Thief in the night etc.. Why not put it under religion?

You are failing rather spectacularly
Exactly. It's one of those... I'm calling you to tell you I'm never going to call you again.

PERFECT! You are exercising the power and authority given to you. Jesus did the same with 'Get behind me satan, for It is Written'
Thank You Dear FRiend!
I usually am very polite, but when my Prayer Warriors For Israel are Attacked, I can be a PIT BULL! (sorry, Chet99! LOL!)

There is a reason why the Torah and our Bible says what it does. It is the testament to our faith....That FAITH is what we need to embrace at this morose time.

We won’t know, but Jesus also tells us not to be caught outside when the Bridegroom shuts the door. That, to me, implies that we need to be vigilant for the time. And though we may “not know the day or the hour”, He never said anything about not knowing the decade or the year...

The Bible says we wont know.
The Bible says we are to be ready and what signs to look for. So we are NOT to close our eyes and ignore it. But to be in expectation of JESUS' return! Isn't that awesome?
Thief in the night etc..
It will be like a thief in the night to those who ignore His Word. House is not guarded - head in the sand, don't bother me with this, etc.
Why not put it under religion?
Buy it clue - it affects the whole world and that includes the pagans.

“If we are a God fearing people...”
Thats just it, we aren’t anymore. Many of the posts on this thread will prove that outright.

Not good....
Hopefully rational parties are talking down the Allah intoxicated Turks. It’s tough when when so many generations of inbreeding make you stupid enough to believe in a false prophet

Ignorance of the Bible doesn’t help your point. Ignorance of history destroys it.

Perhaps that’s why not many will enter into the narrow gate. But I am!

Your ignorance has been shown. Buckle up lady - when we are gone, you’ll be wallowing in your misery.
Praise God for His Word! Bless Jerusalem, bless Bibi!
Ah, there is nothing like being a child of the Most High God and to KNOW I will live with Him eternally as I walk in His blessings while here. Thank YOU, Jesus.

Chill out, sit back and enjoy. Why concern yourself with something you dont believe in. That's actually a pretty good point - except that I am a Christian, and this stuff makes all of us (Christians) look like fools. Just my opinion.
