I read in another story that it was five years ago to the day. I don't know if that's true. If it is, I wonder if Joran knew the significance of the date. The similarity is so close, it's reminiscent of a serial killer's ritual. Very weird.

That’s true - I did not realize it until I began checking the NH records.

Natalie Holloway disappeared May 30, 2005. The young Peruvian girl also was last seen May 30, 2010

It would be interesting for investigators to go back and see where he was on May 30 in each of the years since Natalee’s murder and check for unsolved slayings.
