I disagree.
Thou shalt not covet is one of the big ten for a reason.
It is a powerful emotion, easy to misuse, is bi directional and EVERYBODY carries it ALWAYS.
I can avoid dope, alcohol, nicotine, but I cannot avoid envy, I must control it, or it will control me, and the Marxists have noticed.
We do not disagree about the sin of envy. There are the herders and directors of envy who harness collective envy and use it’s dark energy to oppress and kill. Those are the people who have to be flushed out of the West’s institutions and political power.
