The rig never had to exploded if it had steam thrusters, nitrogen/CO power purgers, etc..

They spent enough on that beautiful rig, they should have opted for the accessory package.

It didn't have to sink either, way to go fireboats.

Well, I plead ignorance on any and all of that. The fact is it DID explode and now we need EXPERTS not lawyers or movie makers to fix it.
