Will a thunderstorm force the cancellation of Obama's Memorial Day speech at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois? C-SPAN just lost their signal as Obama took the stage amid thunderous lightning and pouring rain.

I don't know about those two. Their comrade Ann Wright was there, but had moved to a smaller boat before the boardings.

It’s sooo hard. Praying for the troops is easy, of course, but every time I get used to praying for the usurper he says something REALLY annoying or stupid. I guess it’s a small matter until we have another chance to VOTE!!! As a Laker fan, I had the immediate thought on Saturday night:
"Two terrible errors happened in 2008. Hopefully the voters will fix one of them in two years, and the Lakers will fix the other one in two weeks."
