The guy was clearly running from them, dropped something from his hand, moved toward the cop, and raised his hands toward the cop before he was knocked down. It's tragic that he chose to run, was positioned where he was relative to the wall, and that he was misidentified. None of which was the cop's fault. Why did this minimum wage guy feel it so important that he had to pay a guy $60 to drive him to an alley in Seattle in the middle of the night?
